• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Custom t-shirts and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support to initiate an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
